Even though it is a Muslim country, Indonesia is relaxed about marital status. As they are a small school, they would prefer single applicants with no dependents, or teaching couples, but others should still apply.

This is a small, dynamic International School located in Kemang, one of the most popular expatriate residential areas of south Jakarta. They pride themselves on offering quality international education in a caring environment. Their teachers are all fully trained and qualified native English-speaking teachers, and they are a Cambridge International Examination Centre offering IGCSE's and A Levels. The school is a great place to work, with a friendly and supportive staff. Most of the staff are Australian and New Zealanders and there are a few American and UK teachers as well. Staff turnover is very low, which is indicative of the working environment.

Singles sometimes prefer to take the alternative Rp5,000,000 housing allowance and find cheaper accommodation thus enabling them to economise further.
