Vacancies North American Early Childhood Enrichment Teachers x2– January 2010

Teaching qualifications must be current and teachers must have qualifications appropriate to teaching field plus experience teaching Early Childhood or Elementary.

This is revolutionary concept in early childhood educational enrichment that encourages creativity ad brain development for children. They cater for predominantly children of expatriate families and affluent local citizens. The academies cater for students from 6 months to 8 years and each class size has a maximum of 16 students per teacher and an assistant.

Benefits include: Salary around US$25,000 per annum. Therefore, based on an exchange rate of 3.476, RM 86,900 (gross salary) + RM18,000 (housing allowance) = RM104,900. The housing allowance is included in taxable income and for this pay scale the expected tax rate will be 27%. Accommodation is single so each teacher will live alone in an apartment overlooking a golf course and the size of it will be about 1,000-1,100 square feet. Medical insurance will be in the form of hospitalization insurance (if the teacher's health passes the insurance company's medical) whereby if they are hospitalized due to illness or an accident, they will be covered. The airfare is paid for by the teacher first and reimbursed by Fastrackids upon completion of the contract. Training will be provided at their academy They will make arrangements to provide free transport to the teachers to school and back on a pre- arranged schedule.
