Essential qualities include excellence in the understanding and use of the English language, and enthusiasm, energy and personal skills suited to motivating young children and adults to learn. Knowledge of the Japanese language is not required. A TESOL qualification is not essential.

Recruitment seminars and interviews will be scheduled in SYDNEY on Saturday June 2nd and Sunday June 3rd and MELBOURNE on Wednesday June 6th, Thursday June 7th and Friday June 8th 2012.

Applicants are advised that attendance at one of the full day recruitment seminars is mandatory, and the only way to obtain employment with ECC to teach English in Japan in 2012. Places are limited and can only be secured by completing the on-line application form at http://recruiting.ecc.co.jp/

Successful applicants are likely to start work in Japan from august onwards in 2012.
Seminars will not be held at any other Australian or New Zealand locations.
